To evaluate the physicochemical quality of tap water across different locations in Constanța and nearby areas through detailed laboratory analysis (the concentration levels of critical parameters such as nitrates, nitrites, phosphates, pH, oxidation-reduction potential, temperature, salinity, conductivity, total dissolved solids, and various metallic elements), in order to assess compliance with drinking water standards and identify potential health risks.
To perform a comparative analysis between sampling locations, by examining spatial variations in water composition, in order to link environmental factors, infrastructure conditions, or pollution sources.
To identify appropriate filtration and treatment systems based on the specific contaminants detected. This included evaluating technologies such as activated carbon filters.
To create a database with results that could be used in future monitoring studies.
