IRISH BUTTER – Bozu George

Poza

Irish butter is a premium product known for its exceptional taste and quality. It is made by using milk from grass-fed cows that graze on lush pastures in Ireland, which gives the butter a distinct and rich flavour that cannot be found in other types of butter.

One of the most popular brands of Irish butter is Kerrygold, which is made by a cooperative venture of Irish farmers who have been producing high-quality dairy products for generations. Kerrygold butter is made by using traditional methods, such as slow-churning, to create a smooth and creamy texture.

Irish butter is versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, from baked goods to sauces, spreads and even soups. Its rich and creamy flavour makes it perfect for adding depth to appetizing dishes, while its smooth texture is ideal for spreading it on toast or melting it over vegetables.

In addition to its delicious taste, Irish butter also has health benefits. Milk from grass-fed cows contains higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), which have been shown to have a range of health benefits. Irish butter is also free from added hormones and antibiotics, making it a healthier choice than many other types of butter.

Irish butter has gained a reputation as a luxury product, with many foodies and chefs around the world seeking it out for its exceptional quality and taste. Its popularity has led to a growing demand for Irish butter, and many artisanal producers are now making their own versions of this beloved product.

In conclusion, Irish butter is a premium product appreciated for its rich flavour, creamy texture, and health benefits. Whether used in cooking or as a spread, it surely adds a touch of luxury to any dish.

PORTRAITS OF CORK – INTERVIEWS WITH STUDENTS AND TEACHERS – Bozu George

At first glance, Coláiste Éamann Rís high school seemed very strict and the interior protected from the eyes of the curious, but after some interviews I came to the conclusion that this educational institution is a modern one, open to anyone who wants to join it, offering many opportunities for the future. I present you the first interview with Mr. Sean Buckley, a Spanish teacher: Poza

Mr. Buckley, why did you choose to be a teacher here?

I chose this school because I was a student here and I want to contribute to the success of the school.

Do the students behave here?

Despite being a catholic school, we encounter students who do not behave nicely until a teacher tells them to. But, in general, our students are nice to each other.

What’s the bullying situation in this institution?

We have a zero-tolerance policy on bullying.

Why should we choose this school? Poza

Because Colaiste Éamann Ris offers a wide range of extra-curricular activities ranging from sports to robotics. Also we have special classes for our students with special needs.

That will be all, thank you Mr. Buckley.

When we had some free time with the Irish students, I asked a few questions to sixteen-year-old student named Reece:

Reece, why did you choose this school? Poza

Because it was close to my house and I really liked what I heard about it.

I saw you have a tattoo on your hand, is it allowed here to have such things?

Yeah, if you have the uniform and you behave nicely it’s no problem.

What is your favorite subject and why?

Music because I enjoy playing the piano in my free time.

Thank you Reece for your time!

It was my pleasure.
