Under the guidance of experienced instructors, we were given practical assignments that allowed us to apply theoretical knowledge in real world scenarios. From preparing traditional Polish dishes to mastering the art of pastry making, each activity was a chance to refine our skills and expand our culinary repertoire. The school also organized visits to local hotels, restaurants, and food related businesses, providing us with insights into the inner w orkings of the industry and exposing us to different career paths within the field.
