4th Senior High School of Xanthi – Portraits of Teachers
During our Erasmus+ exchange at the 4th Senior High School of Xanthi, we were welcomed by a team of educators whose warmth and enthusiasm left a lasting impression. Their openness and dedication transformed our visit into a memorable cultural and educational experience.
One standout was the mathematics teacher, who not only brought energy to the classroom but also took on the role of our tour guide. With a deep passion for Xanthi's rich history and architecture, he led us through the city's winding streets, sharing stories that brought the past to life. His dual role as educator and guide showcased his commitment to holistic learning.
Equally engaging was the French teacher, whose curiosity about our backgrounds and educational systems sparked meaningful conversations. Her eagerness to understand our perspectives fostered a genuine exchange of ideas, highlighting the collaborative spirit of the Erasmus+ program.
The school's involvement in Erasmus+ initiatives, such as the "Developing English, Engagement, Motivation, Challenge and addressing Big Issues by Using Art and an Arts Approach to Non Art Themes" (MAAB) project, underscores its commitment to innovative and inclusive education.
Our time at the 4th Senior High School of Xanthi was enriched by educators who went beyond traditional teaching roles. Their dedication to fostering intercultural dialogue and experiential learning exemplifies the values at the heart of Erasmus+.
